Every one of these is standard on shops that look like ours. We use none of them, and not for noble reasons: each is checkable in about ten seconds, and a shop caught doing one has no way to be believed about anything else.
What is left is the boring version — real measurements, honest material names, a delivery window we can actually hit, and a return address in Texas.

The questions people actually ask
Why does my order take 9-18 business days?
We are a retailer, not a manufacturer, and our fulfillment partners dispatch from warehouses overseas. That route is slower than a domestic warehouse and it is the main reason the prices look the way they do. We would rather publish the real window than a flattering one.
Will I pay customs when it arrives?
No. Import duties and taxes are prepaid by us. If a courier ever asks you for money to release a Meowpamper parcel, do not pay it — forward the message to us and we will handle it.
Do I have to send returns to China?
No. Returns go to our facility in Grand Prairie, Texas, within 30 days of delivery, with no restocking fee. Email us first for an RMA number.
Is your gold jewelry real gold?
Our gold-tone pieces are plated unless a listing says otherwise, and the listing says plated. Plating is a surface layer over a base metal. It is not solid gold and we never describe it as such.
How long will the plating last?
It depends on skin chemistry, perfume, lotion, sweat, chlorine and how often you wear it, which is why we do not publish a number in months. Any number we gave you would be invented. Our Journal explains what actually extends it.
How do I contact you?
By email at support@meowpamper.com, or through the form on our Contact page. Both reach the same inbox and a person replies within 24 business hours. We do not operate a customer phone line — we are a small team and not all of us are in the United States, so there is no desk staffed through the American working day. We would rather say that than advertise live support that does not exist.
