Shipping and delivery

How long will my order take?

9-18 business days in total. That is 1-3 business days of handling while the order is packed, plus 8-15 business days in transit. Business days exclude weekends and U.S. federal holidays.

Why does my order ship from overseas?

We are a retailer, not a manufacturer. We select finished pieces from established manufacturers and our fulfillment partners dispatch them from warehouses overseas, primarily in China. We do not hold U.S. stock. That route is slower than a domestic warehouse and it is the main reason the prices look the way they do.

Will I pay customs or duties on delivery?

No. Import duties and taxes are prepaid by us. Nothing is owed when the parcel arrives.

What if a courier asks me to pay a fee?

Do not pay it. Forward the message or a photo of the notice to support@meowpamper.com with your order number. Either it is an error we need to fix with the carrier, or it is a scam — in both cases it is ours to handle, not yours.

Do you ship to Alaska, Hawaii or PO Boxes?

Not at present. We ship to the 48 contiguous states and the District of Columbia. We do not ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. territories, or outside the United States. If you order to one of those addresses we will email you and refund in full.

When do I get tracking?

Within 24-48 hours of the parcel being handed to the carrier. The first scan can take another day or two to appear, which is normal. The last leg inside the U.S. is usually USPS.

How much is shipping?

$7.95 flat under $79, and free at $79 and over. There is no expedited option — our fulfillment route cannot deliver one honestly, so we do not sell one.

Returns and refunds

Do I have to return items to China?

No. Returns go to our facility in Grand Prairie, Texas. You will never be asked to ship a parcel overseas.

How long do I have?

30 days from the delivery date. Pieces must be unworn and unused with tags and original packaging. There is no restocking fee.

Who pays return shipping?

We do when the fault is ours — damaged, defective or wrong item — and we send a prepaid label. You do when you changed your mind or ordered the wrong size.

Can I return earrings?

Unworn earrings in their original packaging, yes. Worn pierced earrings, no — that is a hygiene rule and it is standard across U.S. jewelry retail.

How do I start a return?

Email us for an RMA number first. Parcels arriving without one cannot be matched to an order. The full four-step process is in the Refund & Returns Policy.

When do I get my money back?

5-7 business days after your return arrives and is inspected, then another 3-10 business days for your bank to post it.

Materials and quality

Is your gold jewelry real gold?

Our gold-tone pieces are plated unless a listing specifically says otherwise, and we write "plated" on the listing. Plating is a surface layer of gold over a base metal. It is not solid gold and we never describe it as such.

How long does plating last?

It depends on skin chemistry, perfume, lotion, sweat, chlorine and how often you wear the piece — which is why we do not publish a number in months. Any number we gave you would be invented. Our Journal has a guide on what actually extends it.

Will it turn my skin green?

It can, on some people, with some pieces. The green mark is a harmless reaction between copper in the base alloy and the acids on your skin. It washes off. The Journal explains why it happens and the habits that stop it.

Is your jewelry nickel free?

We cannot make a blanket claim across the range. Nickel is present in many base-metal alloys used in fashion jewelry, including under plating. If you know you are sensitive, check the material line on the listing and email us if it is not specific enough for you.

Are the stones diamonds?

No. Where we sell moissanite we call it moissanite, and where we sell cubic zirconia we call it cubic zirconia. Neither is a diamond and neither is described as one.

Sizing

How do I find my ring size?

Measure at the end of the day when your hands are warm, not first thing on a cold morning — that single mistake causes most sizing returns. Our size guide walks through measuring at home with a strip of paper.

What necklace length should I pick?

16 inches sits at the base of the throat, 18 inches just below the collarbone, 20 inches on the upper chest. The size guide has the full chart and what each length does with a given neckline.

How do I size a bangle?

Bangles are not measured around the wrist. Tuck your thumb into your palm, measure around the widest part of your hand, and match that to the bangle's inner circumference. The size guide covers both chain bracelets and rigid bangles.

Orders, payment and contact

Can I change or cancel my order?

Within 24 hours, as long as it has not left the warehouse. Email us with your order number and the subject line "Cancel".

What payment methods do you take?

Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, JCB, PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay. The icons in our footer are generated from what is actually live at checkout, so that row is always accurate.

What will show on my card statement?

MEOWPAMPER.COM. Check that before disputing a charge — an email to us is much faster than a chargeback.

How do I contact you?

By email at support@meowpamper.com, or through the form on our Contact page. Both reach the same inbox and a person replies within 24 business hours. We do not operate a customer phone line. We are a small team and we are not all in the United States, so there is no desk staffed through the American working day — we would rather say that than advertise live support that does not exist.

Do you have a physical store?

No. We sell online only. Our Montana address is a registered office for legal and administrative mail — not a shop and not a warehouse. Do not send returns there.

Who runs this shop?

Meowpamper is a trading name of ELSEN FULFILLMENT LLC, registered in Montana, United States. Full company details are on About Us.
