Privacy Policy

This policy explains what ELSEN FULFILLMENT LLC, trading as Meowpamper, collects when you use meowpamper.com, why we collect it, who we share it with, and the rights you have over it. We have tried to write it so that a person can actually read it.

Notice at Collection

The table below is the summary California law requires, and it is a fair summary for everyone else too.

We do not sell personal information for money. We do use advertising cookies and pixels, and under California law that activity counts as "sharing" for cross-context behavioral advertising. You can turn it off at any time — see Your Privacy Choices.

We do not collect Social Security numbers, driver's licence numbers, precise geolocation, biometric data, health data, or information about race, religion, union membership, sexual orientation or immigration status.

How we collect information

You give it to us when you place an order, create an account, email support, sign up for email, or leave a review.
Automatically through cookies and similar technologies when you browse.
From our providers — for example a payment processor confirming a transaction, or a carrier confirming delivery.

Who we share information with

We share only what a provider needs to do its job:

Shopify Inc. — hosts our store and processes orders.
Payment processors — take payment. They receive card data directly; we never see the full number.
Fulfillment partners and carriers — receive the name, address and any contact detail needed to deliver the parcel, and nothing else.
Analytics and advertising providers — receive browsing activity and identifiers where you have not opted out.
Professional advisers — accountants and lawyers, where necessary.
Law enforcement — only where legally required, and we will tell you unless we are prohibited from doing so.

We do not give your email address to other retailers or to list brokers.

International data transfers

Meowpamper is a U.S. company and our store is hosted in the United States. To deliver your order, your name and shipping address are transferred to our fulfillment partners outside the United States — primarily in China — and to carriers in transit countries. Privacy laws in those countries differ from U.S. law. We share only the fields needed to ship the parcel, never payment details or order history.

Cookies

We use three kinds:

Strictly necessary — cart, checkout, login and security. These cannot be turned off; without them the store does not work.
Analytics — which pages get used and where people give up.
Advertising — used to show our products on other sites and to measure whether an ad led to a sale.

You can manage analytics and advertising cookies from Your Privacy Choices, and you can clear or block cookies in your browser settings.

Global Privacy Control

We honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal automatically. If your browser or extension sends GPC, we treat it as a valid request to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information for that browser. You do not need to fill in a form as well.

Your rights

California (CCPA/CPRA)

If you are a California resident you have the right to:

Know what we collect, why, and who we disclose it to.
Access a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
Delete your personal information, subject to exceptions such as completing an order or keeping tax records.
Correct inaccurate personal information.
Opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Limit the use of sensitive personal information — though we do not collect any.
Non-discrimination — we will never charge you more, ship you slower, or refuse service because you exercised a privacy right.

Other states

Residents of Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Utah, Texas, Oregon, Montana, Delaware, Iowa, Nebraska, New Hampshire, New Jersey, Tennessee, Minnesota, Maryland and other states with comprehensive privacy laws have comparable rights to access, correct, delete, obtain a portable copy, and opt out of targeted advertising. We apply the same process to every request regardless of where you live.

Right to appeal

If we refuse a request, we will tell you why in writing. You may appeal by replying to that email with the subject line "Privacy Appeal". We will review and respond within 45 days. If we deny the appeal, we will give you a link to your state Attorney General so you can complain.

How to make a request

Email support@meowpamper.com with the subject line "Privacy Request" and tell us what you want us to do. Use the email address you ordered with if you can.

We respond within 45 days and may extend once by a further 45 days if the request is complex — we will tell you if that happens. We will not ask you to send a copy of your ID. We verify by matching the request to order details we already hold. An authorized agent may act for you with written permission.

Email marketing

We send marketing email only to people who asked for it. Every message has an unsubscribe link that works, and unsubscribing takes effect immediately. Order confirmations, shipping notices and return updates are transactional and are sent regardless — they are not marketing.

SMS and phone

We do not send SMS marketing and we do not operate a customer phone line. All support runs through support@meowpamper.com and the contact form.

Children

This store is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has given us personal information, email us and we will delete it.

Security

The site runs over HTTPS with TLS encryption. Payment data goes directly to third-party payment providers that maintain PCI DSS compliance, and we do not store full card numbers. Access to customer data inside our team is limited to people who need it to fulfill orders and answer support email. No system is perfectly secure, and we will notify affected customers and regulators as required by law if a breach occurs.
