Terms & Conditions

These Terms govern your use of meowpamper.com (the "Site") and any order you place with ELSEN FULFILLMENT LLC, trading as Meowpamper ("Meowpamper", "we", "us"). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Who can use this site

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your state, to place an order. By ordering you confirm that you are, and that the payment method you use belongs to you or that you have permission to use it.

We sell to customers with shipping addresses in the 48 contiguous United States and the District of Columbia. We do not sell for resale, and we may cancel orders that appear to be placed for resale.

2. Your account

You can order as a guest. If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for activity that happens under it. Tell us at support@meowpamper.com if you believe someone else has accessed it.

We may suspend or close an account that is used for fraud, abuse of our return policy, or any activity that breaks these Terms or the law.

3. Products, descriptions and availability

We describe every piece as accurately as we can, including its material. Plated items are described as plated. Simulated stones are named as what they are. Measurements are supplied by our manufacturers and carry a small tolerance, described on our Disclaimer page.

Colors on your screen will not match the piece exactly. That is a limitation of screens, not a defect, and it is not on its own a reason we treat as "item not as described" — though you can still return it under our standard 30-day policy.

All products are subject to availability. If a piece becomes unavailable after you order, we will email you and refund that line in full.

4. Prices and pricing errors

All prices are in U.S. dollars. Prices can change at any time, but a change never affects an order already placed and accepted.

Despite our checks, an item may occasionally be listed at an obviously incorrect price — for example a decimal point in the wrong place. Where the error is clear, we may cancel the order and refund you in full instead of fulfilling it. We will always email you before doing so, and we will never charge you more than the price you agreed to at checkout.

5. When a contract is formed

Your order is an offer to buy. Our order confirmation email is an acknowledgement that we received it — not our acceptance. A binding contract is formed when we send the shipping confirmation for the items in that shipment.

Until then, we may decline or cancel an order, including where a product is unavailable, where there is a pricing error, where we cannot verify payment or address details, or where we reasonably suspect fraud.

6. Shipping, returns and refunds

Shipping times, costs and exclusions are set out in our Shipping Policy. Returns, refunds and cancellations are set out in our Refund & Returns Policy. Both are incorporated into these Terms.

Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier delivers the parcel to your address. If a parcel is lost or stolen after a delivery scan, follow the steps in the Shipping Policy — we will file a carrier claim and, depending on the outcome, reship or refund.

7. Reviews and customer content

If you submit a review, photo or other content, you confirm it reflects your honest experience with a product you actually bought, and you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display it on the Site and in our marketing.

Consistent with the Federal Trade Commission's Rule on the Use of Consumer Reviews and Testimonials (16 C.F.R. Part 465), we confirm the following:

We do not buy, commission, write, or otherwise fabricate reviews.
We do not offer any incentive — discount, free product, entry, or payment — in exchange for a review, or for a review expressing a particular sentiment.
We do not suppress or delete a review because it is negative. We remove content only where it is unlawful, off-topic, contains personal data, or is abusive.
We do not import reviews from marketplaces or other retailers and present them as our own.
We do not use AI-generated or stock imagery as customer photos.

8. Intellectual property

The Site, its text, layout, photography, guides and the Meowpamper name and marks are owned by us or licensed to us, and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may view and print pages for your own personal, non-commercial use.

You may not copy our product descriptions, guides or photographs for a competing storefront, scrape the Site, or use our marks in a way that suggests an association we have not agreed to.

9. Copyright complaints (DMCA)

We respect intellectual property rights and we act on valid notices. If you believe material on this Site infringes your copyright, send a notice to support@meowpamper.com with the subject line "DMCA Notice", including: identification of the work, identification of the material and its URL, your contact details, a statement of good-faith belief that the use is unauthorized, a statement under penalty of perjury that the notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act, and your physical or electronic signature.

We will remove or disable access to material that is the subject of a valid notice, and we will notify the party who supplied it so they can submit a counter-notice.

10. Acceptable use

Do not use the Site to break the law, to interfere with its operation or security, to place fraudulent orders, to scrape or harvest data, or to upload malicious code. We may restrict access where any of these occur.

11. Third-party links and services

The Site links to third-party services including payment providers, carrier tracking and social platforms. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, policies or availability. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms.

12. Disclaimers

The Site and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

The information in our guides and Journal is general information about jewelry, materials and sizing. It is not medical, dermatological or professional advice.

13. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.

Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain warranties or damages. Where that is the case, these limitations do not apply to you.

14. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against claims and costs arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site. This does not apply to anything caused by our own acts or omissions.

15. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Montana, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.

We would like the chance to fix a problem before it becomes a dispute, so please email support@meowpamper.com first. If we cannot resolve it, you may bring a claim in the courts of the state where you live, or in your local small claims court. We will not object to venue on that basis, and we will not ask you to travel to Montana to be heard.

Your rights as a consumer are not affected by anything in this section. Nothing in these Terms waives any right you have under federal or state consumer protection law, or limits the authority of the Federal Trade Commission or your state Attorney General to act on your behalf.

16. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. The Effective Date at the top shows when they last changed. The version in force for your order is the one published when you placed it. Material changes will be noted on this page.

17. General

If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest stays in force. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. These Terms, together with the policies linked above, are the entire agreement between us regarding the Site and your orders.
